For receiving the Certificate, 2/3 attendance is compulsory. |

- 1 copy of the Application Form with the NEO stamp and the signature of the student (other than the e-AF) - 2 photographs (Passport size) - Language certificate (Has to be written in English) - Health insurance e-AFs MUST BE SENT AT LEAST 3 MONTHS BEFORE CLERKSHIP |
