Free accommodation at the University’s Campus or outside is provided for 4-weeks only. If the student will be staying longer, they are responsible for their own accommodation.
Social Program Prepare yourself for an amazing social program which includes everything from simple picnics to exciting adventures in the deserts and mountains. Also don’t miss seeing Oman’s wonderful heritage. The city life is also fantastic.
The social program will vary throughout the year, however it will be best in June, July and August.
Substitutions Substitution is accepted at the same department and period, and the same gender for students (simply because some arrangements differ from that for male and female). Substitution Must be reported to the NEO at least 2 weeks before the beginning of the program, due to visa issuance procedures
Cancellations We prefer substitutions rather than cancellations, but if they have to be made, we need to know 3 weeks in advance. This is really important!
Visas Please refer to the nearest Omani Embassy for further details
(we will try to help you if need help!)
READ CAREFULLY!!
You have to request to your NEO the Invitation Letter in advance. As soon as the student gets the visa he has only 3 months of permission to be in our country and after this period he needs an extension.
