  Professional Exchange : Exchange Conditions of EstMSA(Estonia)
Level of studies At least 1 year of clinical studies
Type of Clerkship Clinical. The student MUST HAVE CLINICAL EXPERIENCE in the medical fields she/he applies.
Languages Estonian, English, Russian
Duration of Clerkship 4 weeks, starting the first monday of the desired period.
Working Conditions Mon to Fri 5-8 hours a day

Bring your own stethoscope, white coat and exchange shoes. Your exchange shoes should be something like slipper. You should use them only inside the hospital.

YOU CANNOT COME UNLESS YOU KNOW FLUENT ENGLISH

Via Post or in March Meetings:
- Proof of enrollment. It should be sent minimum 10 weeks in advance. VERY IMPORTANT: Proof of enrollment must be sent or given as original document (in paper, not scanned, with seal and sign, covering the exchange period).
- passport photo (not scanned version). You also may give it upon arrival or with proof of enrollment in March Meeting. The photo is used for nametag that studentswear in hospital.

Board & Lodging Board - lunch is provided from Monday to Friday
Lodging - free on bilateral agreement. It is arranged at homes of local students or student dormitories. If sheets are needed the hosting student or the NEO of EstMSA will notify you of it.
Social Program Our social program usually consists of 3 main things (these are the things that EstMSA pays for): welcoming party in the beginning, weekend trip in Estonia (for example national parks, the islands, Parnu, Tallinn, etc) and in the end we have see-you-soon-party. If students wish, there might be something added (for example trip, national food and drink party, etc), but EstMSA is not covering the cost of these activities. If the student is interested in visiting Finland, Latvia or Russia, it is also possible. If student wishes to visit Russia, he/she needs a visa for that.
Substitutions Must be the same period and department.
At least 3 weeks in advance, otherwise the contract will be cancelled.
Cancellations As soon as possible, but definitely at least 4 weeks ahead, then has the outgoing-NEO a chance to request a postponement from EstMSA.
