| Working Conditions | Monday to Friday, 6 hours a day.
Free time can be arranged with your mentors(ONLY IF YOU HAVE SIGNED PAPER FROM THE NEO) Student should bring their own white coat,stethoscope,shoes(for special departments),hammer and light(if having clerkship on Neurology) and if attending Surgery (especially Operating room) you will have to bring your own operating coat. |

| Application documents & deadline | -Application Form
-Language Certificate -Motivation Letter for each desired department -1 recommendation from your professor or Dean -2 pictures -Health Insurance is required(students without health insurance will not be accepted) -Vaccination documents - Hepatitis B -copy of your marks(to see if the student passed the exam for the department he desires to work on) All documents should be submitted to the NEO at least 3 months in advance. If CC is not sent on time the clerkship will be cancelled. |

| Social Program | we have enormous social program full with field-trips, tours, picnics, parties, etc.

| Substitutions | Must be of the same sex and in the same city and we should be informed at least four weeks in advance |
| Cancellations | You must inform us as soon as possible at least 6 weeks in advance |
| Visas | Most of the countries do not need visa.

| Special remarks | STUDENTS WHO ARE ATTENDING CLERKSHIP IN MACEDONIA WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED IF THEY COME BEFORE THE 1 ST. DAY OF THE MONTH.
ALL STUDENTS MUST COME TILL THE 3TH DAY OF THE MONTH OTHERWISE THEY WILL BE SENT HOME! STUDENTS MUST ATTEND 75-80% ON THEIR CLERKSHIP TO GET THE CERTIFICATE!!! |
