| Documents required | The following documents are required with each AF in ELECTRONIC FORMAT (Word, PDF, ...).
The AF will not be considered until all documents required are provided! - Complete AF, with a RELIABLE email address and phone number. - 1 passport-size photo - copy of passport - University Transcript - 1 motivation letter for all projects - Curriculum Vitae - Letter from the home university (in English) stating that you are a medical student with level of study |

| Special requirements | Health insurance + Malpractice (liability) insurance are required (proof must be sent with confirmation card)
Please bring your white coat and a stethoscope. No jeans or running shoes in the hospital. EVERY INCOMING STUDENT HAS TO APPLY FOR PROJECTS IN THREE DIFFERENT CITIES (SHERBROOKE, MONTREAL, QUEBEC). English is the official research language, knowledge of French is helpful but not mandatory, unless specified. |

| Substitutions | We strongly discourage substitutions because most tutors will not accept them.
Once the CA is sent, no changes in date, city or department will be allowed. Postponing is not allowed. |
| Working hours | 8H/day, 5 days/week, 4 weeks (we do not offer 8 weeks), No holidays. Unless specified. |
| Board & Lodging | Free lodging is arranged by Local Committees in student appartments.
Board is included in the form of money given during the clerkship (200$CAD). |
| Social Program | Depends on Local Committees (LC), varies according to the school calendar and availability of LC members.
Our aim is not to fill all spare time with activities. Every student will have a contact person who takes care of the social program. |
