Passport photo in .jpg Motivation letter for each project .pdf Recommendation letter .pdf Language Certificate .pdf/.jpg Copy of the passport should be sent to the NORE only if you need visa. Extra documents might be requested as per project requirements. You will be informed by LORE or contact person. IMMUNIZATIONS: Documentary Evidence of Immunization status of Hepitatis B, Tetanus, Polio, TB, Mumps, Measles, Varicella and Rubeolla Please note that students will not be able to begin their exchange in Bulgaria unless they have completed their full course of immunization. - .pdf, you should bring the original and present it if needed (depends on the clinic) |
| Digital documents required | All documents should be digital except for Insurance and original proof of the immunizations required. |
| Special requirements | Four-six weeks exchanges.
80% attendance to get the Certificate and to avoid getting expelled! Health insurance is required for the period of the Exchange. Incoming students have to bring their own white coat,hospital shoes and a stethoscope (if a clinical or clinical with lab-work project). We won't accept students, who had not confirmed their arrival 4 weeks in advance. |

| Board & Lodging | Free on bilateral agreement. Board is provided once a day in the hospital canteen. Lodging is provided in students' hostel.
Price for unilateral contract: 250 Euro. Payment upon arrival. |
| Social Program | Provided during the summer months!During the year ask LORE or LEO.
National social program (with exchangers from all the universities in Bulgaria) - trip to the seaside. Short trips arround Bulgaria Sight-seeing, international food and drink party, night clubs, etc. Please ask your contact person and join the Social program facebook group where everything will be discussed. |
