| Documents required | The AF has to be filled in completely with 3 preferred projects chosen,month according to project availability & to signed contract.

| Special requirements | Students can't change assigned firm after commencement of clerkship.Students requested to bring white coat&bed linen. Dates stated on CA’s issued by Maltese Research Exchange Office are binding&refer to 1 calender month.Exchange Committee can't provide free board for any friends etc of incoming students.Accommodation given can't be changed during clerkship.Unilateral students need to pay fee of 410 Euro July&August, 310 Euro September. Cancellation of exchange will take place if fee is not paid |

| Substitutions | Substitutions are preferred to cancellations but they must retain dates and department as the original applicant. Such substitutions are only considered valid if signed by the NORE. |

| Board & Lodging | Lodging is provided free of charge to medical students.
Boarding: One meal a day for bilaterals only. Bilaterals must pay a non-refundable deposit of 15 Euro for keys and breakages. |
| Social Program | An entertaining and cultural social programme shall be organised during the months of July and August. Although there is no official social programme during the other months, students who come during these months will easily make friends with the Maltese students who will organise a social programme for them. |
