Research Exchange : Exchange Conditions of IFMSA Brazil(Brazil)
Deadline for application (months in advance)	3
Documents required	All documents must be saved in identified CD/DVD: - Application Form - PDF VERSION - Photo of Passport (5x7) - Letter of Motivation for each project - Letter of Recommendation - Curriculum Vitae by IFMSA-SCORE Model (ask your Nore about it) - Language Certificate - Proof of enrollment in Medical School - Health Insurance (THE STUDENT MUST SHOW IT UPON ARRIVAL) *All the documents must be written in English or Portuguese *WE ACCEPT ONLY MEDICAL AND DEGREE STUDENTS (UNTIL 6 MONTHS AFTER THE DEGREE DATE). *NO STUDENT WILL BE ACCEPTED IF ANY OF THE DOCUMENTS ARE MISSING!!! .
Digital documents required	All documents must be saved in identified CD/DVD and delivery at March Meeting(MM) by NOREout. If students aplyed for projects after MM, documents should be sent by email to: nore@ifmsabrazil.org *E-AF and required documents must be sent at least 3 months before the exchange .
Special requirements	-Acomodation outside the calendar months are impossible. -IFMSA-BR cannot and will not provide acomodation or board for any friends, relatives, fiancees or family of incoming students. -IFMSA-BR reserves the right to cancel any exchange if recieves any complains of misconduct or unethical practice both in hospital/lab as well as in the lodgings. -The students responsible for such acts are held liable for any damage incurred during the research. -Who aplying LC UEM need STUDENT VISA

Periods for each Univeristy/City	*Students from Countries where need visa: PLEASE ASK FOR A TOURIST/ VISITOR'S VISA, EXCLUSIVELY. *SCORE certificate will only be given for the students with at least 80% of the schedule completed and AFTER the Evaluation Form is written. Check periods on each project .

Substitutions	-May be possible for the same period, city, project, sex and study status as originaly confirmed. -The substitute's AF MUST arrive to the NORE(IFMSA-BR) at least 15 days before the students arrival
Working hours	Monday to Friday 4 to 8 hours per day (depends on the project desired)
Board & Lodging	-Free in bilateral exchanges (unless 2 meals free per day). -Unilateral exchanges: the student MUST PAY 280 Euros upon his/her arrival or the exchange will be cancelled.
Social Program	To be arranged and depends on each Local Committee (LC). Check it with your contact person
